NSBAR Fees:
New Member and New office initial fees:
- New Member pay a onetime initial fee of $250. As long as you remain a member and there is no interruption then fee will not be charged again
- New MLS office pay a onetime initial fee of $250 to join MLS. As long as the office remain in the MLS and there is no interruption of services then the fee will not be charged again
Ongoing NSBAR fees thru the year:
- $414 annual dues which pays for NSBAR, IAR and NAR
- $45 VOLUNTARY fee to RPAC (REALTORS® political Action Committee)
- $87.50 a quarter for MLS fees or $350 a year
- Electronic Sentrilock box system (only those who have a real estate license and list and sell may have access to the system) $160 for the year.
For a brand new person with a new company and paying for all services the fee for the year is $1,719.
Ongoing fees for all services is $969 a year.
