Grievance Committee This committee is responsible for Code of Ethics enforcement by acting as a Grand Jury to select which complaints will be sent on to a hearing. Meets as needed. Must attend the IAR Professional Standards training in January each year to keep eligibility if selected to serve. Must complete an application and test to be considered to serve. Membership Committee

Owner/Manager Committee will assist NSBAR with developing sales meetings in a box; how to bring NSBAR and its services to the real estate office; track agent’s business practices and how they market; how to recruit quality agents in the new world of real estate; develop third party questionnaire for buyers and sellers; conduit for NSBAR education. Government and Political Issues Committee The Government and Political Issues Committee (GPIC) is principally charged with reviewing and addressing local government public policies that impact private property rights and the real estate industry. Additionally, the GPIC assists the Illinois Association of REALTORS® (IAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in respectively addressing state and federal legislative and regulatory issues. Lastly, the GPIC leads fundraising efforts for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and makes recommendations for support by way of RPAC. Staff Liaison: gad@nsbar.org
